The Best Teacher Ever

We have a very nice teacher named Mrs.Myers. She is very funny and nice. She gives us A LOT OF DOJO POINTS.Some times she lets us EAT IN CLASS! She doesn't YELL at us a lot. She plays lots of games with us. She loves MINIONS. She uses kind words to us. She looks pretty every morning. She loves our class! She let us have a class pet. She lets us have lots of FUN. Mrs, Myers lets us have lots of fun feild trips. She lets us have partys. We play sumdog on the ipads. She buys us popcorn. She tells us about her family everyday. She lets us get on fakebook. We get to go on gonoodle sometimes. We do not get hard homework. She loves Lenny.-Roxy

Student Council

We're doing Student Council Voting. Some kids in our class turned in a sheet to do it. We are making posters, speeches, and asking people to vote for them. It's an exciting moment for our class. It is also the first year for us to do it. I think it is a good idea to do it. We will be doing speeches on Thursday and posters also!I hope I make Student Council Member. Only a few people are doing it!And if I don't get it there is always next year and the year after. Everyone's excited for this moment. It's like the BEST DAY EVER IN SCHOOL HISTORY!Our teacher Mrs.Myers is even excited.-Allison

Puppies

I have reading a book about a dog. This makes me think about my dogs. Puppies are so cute.I have three puppies and they are cute. Their names are Brody, Lucy, and Kitty. They are very fast. Kitty is lazy and slow. Dogs love it when you rub their stomach.-Chris

Science Project

Our class learned about a project in science. We did 2 cup of water and vinegar.  Both need yeast and sugar.  One cup with the water looked like a cake.  The second one with vinegar looked flat.- Albert

Minions

Minions is our class room theme. ,Our teacher is awesome and loves minions. Minions are funny and

Fourth Grade So Far

We are playing soccer in gym. I hope Jackson is on my team. I hope we win the tournament. If we loose I hope the other team wins. 

 I like our pet Lenny, the guinea pig  Our teacher is the best. I like our theme, "Minions" .Gym is the best. Lenny is my first class pet.-Kadin

Fourth Grade Reading

In class we have read the book, Sylvester and the Magic Pebble by William Steig.  I like this book because Sylvester, a donkey, finds a red pebble. He finds out that the pebble is magic in the middle of the book . He accidentally turns his self into a rock. His parents looked for him everywhere. One day his parents went on a picnic and they set their stuff on the rock that was Sylvester.  The Dad said, I wish Sylvester was here.  The rock turned back into Sylvester and they lived happily ever after.  I enjoyed this book because it was funny that a donkey turned into a rock.-Lillian

The First Post of the Year!

Happy back to school time!  This has been a great first week.  Our class is full of 19 talented, smart, and funny students (and one cool teacher, of course!).  Here is a picture of us working on a team building/getting to know you activity.

They first had to come up with 25 things they had in common.

Then they were to take the 25 index cards to build a tower, using only the cards, that was over 10 inches tall. (This group's fell down before I snapped the picture)

I am looking forward to learning and growing with these amazing kiddos!  Happy first week of school!!!
